I made the pretty standard taco stew[@rev]. I did it with French lentils following the same instructions for brown lentils. Other than that, I stayed really true to the recipe.
The only thing of note is that I put a ton of zucchini in, but it all came from one crazy-sized home-grown zucchini (below)
